The below project's are from my Masters in Supply Chain Management Program. They consist of the following: Negotiations - Managing Negotiations through Conflict (Pacific Oil Company), Purchasing Analysis of Supply Markets and Supplies - Strategy and Purchasing Analysis (Philips LED), Distributed Manufacturing Strategy when vs. when not, A 4.0 test on Total quality management and strategy across multiple organizations

In each of these project's I was the project lead of the team. We had to work together to achieve our goal. We face the challenges of different backgrounds, stress from an accelerated program that is ranked amongst the top 1% for supply chain, as well as being working adults with families. However, through lots of planning, preparation and communication we achieved our goals of 4.0 on each of the above projects.
