Created and implemented new corporate procurement policies (procure to pay) as well as standard methodology in training. Oracle/JDE implementation subject matter expert and lead, KPI's analysis, assembling data, analyzing metrics, identifying GAPS and resolving problems. Negotiated lead times resulting in a reduction of material stock levels as well as preventing out of-stock and optimizing stock levels, while maintaining superior service to Toyota, Ford and GM customers.
Developed a Supplier Score Card that drove improvements in performance and reduced the rejection rate for incoming materials. Conducted supplier and invoice audits partnered with finance to ensure expectations were followed, resulting in an increase in adherence to the negotiated product pricing, specifications and packaging conformity.
